Anthea is a 200hr YAP registered yoga teacher, qualified in ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga.
Yoga practice is not just about stretching - it can be a great way to build strength and balance as well as flexibility for a healthy body. It works beautifully alongside other types of training, and I specialise in working with beginners and anyone who may consider themselves the “non-yoga type”!
A meditative svasana at the end of each session is great to support stress management and relaxation.
